Refund & Cancellation Policy

Company: Need For Success (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”)

1. General Policy

All services provided by Need For Success are customized and tailored to each client’s needs. Because of this, all sales are final. Refunds will not be issued once a project has commenced, a deposit has been paid, or work has been initiated.

By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to this strict no-refund policy.

2. Deposits & Payments

If a client wishes to cancel a project before work has started, a written cancellation request must be sent within 3 business days of purchase. In such cases, Need For Success may, at its sole discretion, issue a partial credit toward future services (not a refund).

If work has already started, no cancellations or refunds will be honored.

3. Cancellations by Client

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information required to perform services.

  • Respond to requests for approvals, feedback, or content in a timely manner.

  • Ensure you have the legal right to use any materials you provide (logos, images, text, etc.).

  • Make payments in accordance with Section 4.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information, client inaction, or third-party issues.

4. Cancellations by Company

Need For Success reserves the right to decline or cancel any project at its sole discretion. In such rare cases, clients will be notified and may receive a refund or credit for unused portions of the service.

5. Service Satisfaction

  • We are committed to delivering high-quality, professional services. However, due to the creative and subjective nature of marketing and design:

  • We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., increased sales, rankings, or engagement).

  • Revisions are limited to the scope agreed upon in the project proposal or package purchased. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.

6. Non-Delivery of Final Work

  • Final deliverables (files, designs, websites, campaigns, etc.) will not be released until all outstanding payments are settled.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

This Refund & Cancellation Policy shall be governed by the laws of the United States (State of Delaware) and Canada (Province of Ontario). Any disputes will be handled exclusively within these jurisdictions.

8. Governing Law

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Need For Success shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Loss of profits, business opportunities, or data.

  • Delays caused by third-party platforms, vendors, or force majeure events.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service.
